Using ancient techniques and Lebrillo motifs that date back to the 16th century, each Pomelo Casa piece is handmade and hand-painted by only five small, family-run workshops in Granada. For the first time, they are being exported outside of Europe, so that the gorgeous, simple, timeless patterns of Southern Spain can be shared with the world, making it brighter in the process. The Casa Celeste Mini Bowl with Hand-Painted Designs features pastoral figures—birds or pomegranates—and a delightful trim, in calming sky blue. Perfect for olives, nuts, salt or even your rings by your bedside table. Because of their handmade nature, each piece may have a slight variation in pattern as a result. Minor imperfections are not considered flaws but instead add to the authenticity and charm of these beautiful home goods.

Care Instructions

These hand-painted pieces are safe to use in the microwave and fridge, but please avoid the oven—it’s too hot! They are also dishwasher safe, but we have noticed that through continued and constant use the glaze can be affected, so give them a break sometimes and wash them by hand.
